Bolted steel tanks can be used for a wide range of applications, such as potable water storage, fire protection water storage, wastewater storage, and crude oil storage. They comply with several industry standards, including the American Water Works Association (AWWA) D103, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), FM approvals, and the American Petroleum Institute (API) 12B. Superior Tank is one of the few certified manufacturers to supply bolted tanks for oil storage with the notable API 12B monogram.
COATING SELECTION
- To provide superior corrosion protection and long lifespan for water and oil storage, we offer powder-coated and hot-dip galvanized bolted steel tanks.
- For certain food and beverage storage applications, we also offer stainless steel tanks that provide exceptional durability and do not require coating.
