Outer layer in silver color RAL 9006 with white bands RAL 9003 in UV-resistant PPR CT RP.

The addition of antioxidants to its outer layer minimizes degradation caused by solar exposure.

Intermediate layer in gray color RAL 7042 in PPR CT RP with anti-dilation microfibers.

Ensures high mechanical resistance to pressure and fatigue, with a thinner pipe wall thickness, allowing for the installation of smaller diameters compared to traditional PPR.

Inner layer in white color RAL 9003 with additives resistant to disinfection, anti-scaling, and antimicrobial.

With high resistance to disinfection processes, anti-scaling protection, and 100% effective protection against Legionella, according to the microbiological study conducted by AQM Laboratories.

Resistant to Disinfection ProcessesThe implementation of disinfection processes in installations, as required by regulations, is causing premature aging in piping systems. The combination of high temperatures and high concentrations of disinfectants leads to accelerated degradation and reduces the lifespan of the installation. ABN//INSTAL CT Faser RD is designed to meet all technical requirements for new drinking water disinfection systems, which are mandatory in most countries. It incorporates a material in its inner layer that exhibits improved resistance against disinfectants, providing excellent crack resistance with long-term durability.

Micro Fibers for Anti-Dilation Plastic piping systems experience significant dilation due to fluid temperature changes. The inclusion of microfibers reduces the dilation coefficient by 75%. The arrangement of microfibers in a mesh, along with the addition of a compatibilizing agent, enhances the mechanical strength of the system.

UV Protection Standard polypropylenes on the market deteriorate when exposed to outdoor conditions for extended periods, primarily due to the ultraviolet component of sunlight. They lack protection against these radiations and are not suitable for outdoor installation without proper shielding. ABN//INSTAL CT Faser RD is enriched with antioxidants that minimize degradation caused by solar exposure.

Anti-Inc rust Protection Pipe roughness, fluid velocity, and fluid quality contribute to the formation of deposits. Increased deposits result in reduced cross-sectional area, higher pressure loss, and increased energy consumption. ABN//INSTAL CT Faser RD incorporates an anti-scaling additive, creating an ultra-smooth effect and providing anti-scaling protection.
